Engrave a Brick that will be at the TEM house FOREVER! With a donation of $500 via PayPal you can create an 8x8 brick that you can admire every time you visit the house.  We plan to pave them onto a wall on the side of the house.

TEM House Bedroom Naming Rights ($1,500)

Put your name and legacy on a room in the TEM house! For a donation of $1,500, you will have the naming rights to a room of your choice in the TEM house.

Sponsor will receive:

• The opportunity to display a plaque or framed photo memory montage on the wall of your sponsored room for the duration of the sponsorship term.  (8 x 10 maximum size, sponsor provided)

• The Sponsor plaque/framed photo memory must be in good taste and is subject to the approval of the TEM Alumnae Association.

• The TEM House Manager will oversee the upkeep of the sponsorship displays in each sponsored room. Any damages or issues will be immediately reported to the Sponsor by the TEM House Manager so that a replacement/repairs can be provided in a timely manner.

• The framed sponsorship plaque/photo montage can not be removed by the tenants of the room, it will be displayed prominently for the duration of the sponsorship term.

• The Sponsorship term begins when the TEM house is officially purchased and ends seven years after that date.

The following are available rooms for Sponsors. All rooms are described from the vantage point that you are looking at the TEM house from Main Street. Room sponsorships are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We will accept Room Naming Rights Sponsorship offers starting March 10, 2022.  Please submit your intent via tauepsilonmualumni@otterbein.edu.   *We do not need payment in full until May 31, 2023 for this package, but you must email us with INTENT to purchase.*

The TEM House fundraising committee will accept Room Naming Rights Sponsorships until all of the rooms have been claimed!

In the case that multiple TEM alumnae request to sponsor the same room, the TEM House Fundraising Committee will accept bids from the interested parties for a period of 48 hours. Potential Sponsors will be notified in advance of this situation.  The highest bid will receive the room naming right sponsorship.  A letter of Sponsorship intent will be provided by the TEM House Fundraising committee for signature immediately. Payment of the Sponsorship fee is to be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to the house purchase. The official payment due date is TBD, but will be communicated in writing and verbally to all Room Naming Rights Sponsors.

Room Raffle ($20 per ticket)

Put your name and legacy on a room in the TEM house! For a donation of $20 via PayPal you will receive one ticket to be entered into a drawing for naming rights to the middle downstairs room (AKA piano/green/phone room). You can buy as many tickets as you'd like to increase your odds of winning!

The raffle winner will receive:

• The opportunity to display a plaque or framed photo memory montage on the wall of the room for the duration of the sponsorship term. (8 x 10 maximum size, winner provided)

• The plaque/framed photo memory must be in good taste and is subject to the approval of the TEM Alumnae Association.

• The framed plaque/photo montage can not be removed by the tenants of the room, it will be displayed prominently for the duration of the winning term.

• The TEM House Manager will oversee the upkeep of the display. Any damages or issues will be immediately reported to the TEM Alumnae Association by the TEM House Manager.

• The winning term begins when the TEM house is officially purchased and ends seven years after that date.

The official room raffle drawing will take place on Founders' Day, May 7, 2022. The winner will be notified via email.

Go Fund Me ($1+)

Do you have a special or insanely fun memory of the TEM house? For a donation of $20 or more via our Go Fund Me HERE, we will record your memory in a unique memory book. This book will be a collection of special memories with TEM or at the TEM house. If you donate $60 or more you will receive a copy of the book.

This memory book will record historic and fun TEM moments from those in our community over the years. Please include your story as a comment with your donation or email your memory (and/or photos!) to TEMmemories@gmail.com. We invite all those who have a special memory to be a part of this beautiful book.
